Alex Volosciuc | CID
Principal Designer
With over 12 years of experience in the residential design-build industry, Alex brings a unique blend of design expertise and construction knowledge to every project. Her career began in project coordination and construction management, working closely alongside builders, tradespeople, and project managers to execute custom homes, additions, and large-scale renovations throughout the Bay Area.
This hands-on foundation gave Alex a deep understanding of how thoughtful design decisions translate into the realities of construction—a perspective that continues to shape her work today.
As a Certified Interior Designer, Alex specializes in kitchen and bath remodels, interior architecture, and whole-home transformations. She is passionate about creating spaces that feel timeless, functional, and deeply personal to the people who live in them. Her design approach balances beauty and practicality, ensuring that every detail serves a purpose while contributing to a cohesive and elevated living experience.
Known for her ability to visualize a project's full potential, Alex uses advanced 3D modeling and rendering tools to help clients confidently navigate the design process. Whether reimagining a single room or transforming an entire home, she enjoys uncovering opportunities within a space and crafting custom solutions tailored to each client's lifestyle.
At the heart of Alex's work is a belief that great design should foster a sense of belonging. Her goal is to create homes that not only function beautifully but also feel authentic to the people who inhabit them—spaces that tell a story, support daily life, and stand the test of time.
